The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development had recently moved into a new premises and these works were further modifications to the existing fitout. This project was carried out over three floors in multiple areas in a fully operational office environment.
The works consisted of additional meeting rooms of various sizes, collaboration zones, staff seating and relaxation zones, extensive joinery, and acoustic works. The curved walls and curved seating areas on two floors were a notable feature of the breakout and meeting areas.
Most of the work was required to be carried out during normal working hours in the middle of a fully operational office while causing minimal disruptions to the client.
The end result was the addition of more meeting spaces, extra seating and work areas with our usual high attention to details and finishes.
