Landgate Fitout

The Fitout Project for Landgate involved transforming a 440sqm office space located adjacent to a public food court. Due to the location, the project was meticulously planned and monitored to minimize disruptions and prioritize safety. The fitout boasted high-quality finishes in flooring, ceilings, and joinery, incorporating the customer’s needs and the comfort of the staff. The standout feature was the extensive joinery work, including a 200-mailbox unit, glossy wood panelling, and plush seating, while acoustically insulated walls maintained confidentiality. Security, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical upgrades were integrated, resulting in the successful completion of the project within a demanding 12-week timeline.
