Rosen Fitout

Davidson Projects successfully completed an office fitout project for Rosen Australia, which encompassed both building upgrades and interior renovations. The project was executed in two stages to accommodate the client’s need to maintain ongoing business operations. Safety was paramount, with each stage cleared of the client’s staff during construction. The project involved replacing the entire metal deck roof, modifying the front brick façade, and giving the external courtyard a makeover. Internally, the building was entirely renovated, incorporating new meeting rooms, boardrooms, offices, and breakout areas, with new air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems along with a comprehensive toilet upgrade.
