The DAVIDSON PROJECTS team was successfully awarded both the new fitout works in their new three level building on Railway Parade and the refurbishment of their existing administration offices on Southport Street.

The project’s program was crucial for the client; as existing leases and commitments were coming to an end. A great emphasis was given to the new Fit-out works at Railway Parade to ensure the smooth transition to the client’s new training facilities, meeting rooms, boardrooms & open planned work areas.

The existing Southport offices were revitalized and given an upgrade to meet current access standards & amenities. These works involved the demolition of the existing fit-out, rebuild of the accessible toilets, and upgrade of the mechanical and lighting requirements. This was complimented with new offices and operable walls segregating meeting rooms & training rooms.

Davidson Projects team delivered the contracted works with minimal defects & accelerated timeframe to achieved all project objectives.

Finally, Davidson Projects completed the project with additional works to the building’s façade and lobby improvements
The fitout involved partitioning, glazing, ceiling, joinery, floor coverings, painting, work stations, loose furniture, bathroom and kitchen construction, along with additional building works.
